(June 30, 2009) - Rain strikes again..

After spending all day and nearly all night between friday and monday putting a new front stub on the #36 chassis and getting it ready for the Big-8 Series race at the All Star Challenge, rain proved to be an even bigger challenge. Kyle was able to qualify in the 13th position after the car ahead of him in the qualifying line spun, causing Kyle's first timed lap to be his second lap ( most first laps were the quick lap ). While bummed to have lost his first lap, it ended up working out for the best - putting Kyle on the pole for the race!

Unfortunately, rain started to fall right at the end of the superlate race - and the track was lost to moisture. The race will be ran on Aug 14!

Huge thanks to everyone who helped get the #36 car ready to run!! There were a lot of long hours spent at the shop, and it truly means a lot to have the help that we received!
